RLP cylinder
 For stable and long-term operation of transformer
RLP cylinder is the new type insulating cylinder of transformer which has mechanical strength of FRP pipe as well as oil impregnation property of pressboard
Excellent in the property of preventing oil deterioration
Delivered in the size according to customer's use ,work improvement will be also achieved.
We are proposing our RLP cylinder as a replacement of pressboard.
Analysis date by external institution is also available


Manufacturing process
  • Base material of RLP cylinder is high density heat resistant paper.
  • L-pattern insulating paper is made by applying epoxy adhesive resin to both surface of this paper in diamond shape
  • PLP cylinder is made by winding L-pattern insulating paper on mandrel tightly with applying heat.
