1. Free Warranty Period

The free warranty period of cast resin instrument transformers is one year after purchasing the product or arriving at the designated place.

The free warranty period of repaired products shall not be extended from the above warranty period.

This free warranty period might not be adopted if the product is not installed based on the manual.

2. Warranty Range

Within the warranty period, RISHO shall be liable for repairing or replacing the defected parts at no charge if the failure is attributable to RISHO.

The above procedure is implemented on only our products.

The above procedure is not implemented if the failure is ascribable to the followings.

1. In the case that our product is used on inadequate method or in circumstances which is not described on the catalog, instruction and specification.
2. In the case that the failure is caused by improper installation.
3. In the case that our product is modified by customer itself.
4. In the case that the failuar is caused by such external factors as Fire, Abnormal voltage, or Entry of small animals.
5. In the case that the failure is caused by such disasters as Earthquake, Tsunami, Lighting strike or Flood.
6. In the case that the failure is caused by the matters that can not be predicted with scientific technology at the time the product is relased.

3.Disclaimer (Lost profit or Secondary damage)

Whether within warraty or not,RISHO shall not compensate any damages,lost profits,secondary damages or the cost which is needed for recovery arising from the following matters.

• The matters which are not attributable to RISHO.
• The matters caused by special circumstances whether we can predict or not.
• The matters caused on the products which was not made by RISHO.
