Cavity substrate can be easily made by laminating Glass/Epoxy substrate with AD-7006
High heat releasing substrate can be also made easily by laminating Glass/Epoxy substrate to metallic plate.
AD-7006 has excellent low resin flow property
Resin flow of AD-7006 is suppressed within about 40～50μm
