Composition and application

 

AC-7900 is the Aluminum base PWB material with glass reinforced and white colored insulation layer to mount LEDs.

Breakdown voltage of insulation layer (0.6mm thick) is 5kV.

Insulation layer also has excellent discoloration resistance to Heat.

Least discoloration appeared on AC-7900 even after 120℃×2000 hours treatment.

 

Insulation reliability

Glass reinforced insulation layer has excellent strength even if it is very thin.

 Step up voltage at a rate of 500V a second up to breakdown.
