The above shows that AD-7200TY could withstand voltage up to 5600V on average even if it is very thin of 120μm.
Long term reliability
< 175℃ for 3000 hours >
The above shows the test result of AC-7200TY which AD-7200TY is coated as insulation layer on Aluminum plate's surface.Both Breakdown voltage and Peel strength are strong enough even after heat treatment of 175℃ for 3000 hours.
< -65℃ ⇔ 125℃ × 3000-cycle >
The above shows the thermal cycle test result of AC-7200TY. Both Breakdown voltage and Peel strength are strong enough even after 3000-cycle of -65℃⇔125℃ .
