  • PWB necessary with countermeasure to solder crack
 

■Breakdown voltage

Test results show that 120μm thick of insulation layer has enough insulation strength upto 5000 volt.

 

■Long term reliability

Test results show that AC-7305 keeps enough peel strength even under atmosphere as follows

  • 3000 times of thermal recycle between -40℃ and 125℃ for each 30 minutes.
  • 150℃ for 3000 hours.
  • Temperature.=28℃ and Humidity=85% for 3000 hours.
