Test results show that AC-7305 keeps enough peel strength even under atmosphere as follows
- 3000 times of thermal recycle between -40℃ and 125℃ for each 30 minutes.
- 150℃ for 3000 hours.
- Temperature.=28℃ and Humidity=85% for 3000 hours.
