Composition and application |
AC-7900 is the Aluminum base PWB material with glass reinforced and white colored insulation layer to mount LEDs. |
|
Breakdown voltage of insulation layer (0.6mm thick) is 5kV.
Insulation layer also has excellent discoloration resistance to Heat. |

White colored insulation layer can reflect every visible light up to 90%. |

Least discoloration appeared on AC-7900 even after 120℃×2000 hours treatment. |
Insulation reliability |
Glass reinforced insulation layer has excellent strength even if it is very thin.
